Ingredients
475g strong white bread flour
1.5tsp salt
1tsp sugar
15g butter
200ml cold water
100ml hot water
7g dried yeast
1. Add flour,salt, sugar yeast and butter into a large bowl.
2. Rub in the butter and mix all dry ingredients well
3. Mix the hot and cold water together and pour into the dry mix
4. Mix together into a dough
5. Knead the dough for 10 minutes
6. Make your shapes and put into tins
7. Leave to rise for 30 minutes
8 Bake for 15 minutes at 230˚C.
